Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a fast paced, one-breath one-movement sequence that will increase cardiovascular health and build strength at the same time. There generally won't be a lot of holding of poses or balancing in this class. We will focus mostly on smooth flowing from one pose to another weaving it with the breath. Join us in this fun cardiovascular class and leave feeling strong and great!

Gentle Yoga

A gentle practice perfect for beginners, prenatal/postnatal women, individuals recovering from an injury, or anyone seeking to deepen awareness of the body. In this class we move slowly and smoothly, isolating body parts so you can recognize sensations in your body, improving coordination and balance. With gentle yoga poses, you can learn to feel your body's center of gravity and how it relates to your foundation. Sink into your breath as you reprogram your body to move and function better. 

Balanced Flow

In this class we flow while working on balancing - not just our physical bodies but also the mind. Discover muscles of your body that you never thought you had!  Strengthen the core, the stabilizers in your body, de-stress and energize. We complete the class with a restful meditation session. Get to know yourself all over again - mind and body  - in this fun and invigorating class. 

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is the perfect class for the beginner and the experienced yogi - it is a sequence of flowing poses at a slower pace. Poses may be held for several moments to focus on form, alignment and breathing. You will be encouraged to go deeper into poses. This class is suitable for anyone who is looking to simultaneously create strength and flexibility.

Rise & Flow

Start your day with awareness, movement, and breath with this energizing practice! This class will get your heart pumping, while working with your body post sleep. An energetic practice that blends strength and flexibility in a class that thoroughly tones the body and disciplines the mind. 

Kids Yoga

This 60 minute class is for children 5-10 years old. The children will improve their strength, balance attention and coordination through FUN yoga games, challenging yoga sequences as well as partner and group poses. They will learn healthy stress and anxiety coping mechanisms and work on building self-esteem in a non-competitive environment. They will also learn about self-love and the importance of showing kindness to others.

Breathe into Yin

Are you feeling stiff and tight in certain areas of your body? Are you dealing with pain due to tight muscles? In this class we focus on creating flexibility with the help of your breath. Each static pose will be held for several minutes to get deep through the muscles and into the ligaments. You are guaranteed to leave this class feeling better than a deep tissue massage.

Flow into Yin

Welcome to Flow into Yin - the perfect combination of energizing and grounding in one practice. The first half of the class is an invigorating vinyasa flow, moving and breathing from one pose to another, creating heat within the body. Afterwards we seamlessly ease into a yin sequence where we do some deep luxurious stretching and opening of the body, increasing flexibility and mobility. Come join us and feel amazing!

Heal and Restore

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. At its core, heal and restore yoga is a practice of passive healing. By allowing time for longer asanas (postures or poses) and deeper breathing, it helps elicit the relaxation responses This class is perfect for anyone looking to release stress, for a gentle stretch, or for healing in the body and mind.

Candlelight Yoga

Join us every Friday night for 75 minutes of yoga in candle light. This class is slow, reflective and the perfect way to end the week. After flowing through some gentle yoga poses, the class will move into some glorious stretching and top off with an amazing meditation session - All by the soothing glow of candlelight. There is no better way to start your weekend.
