KIDS YOGA CLASSES



 

Kids Yoga Classes are not only for the After School Program - 

All kids 4+ are welcome to join us!

​

Kids Classes run Monday to Friday 3:30-4:30pm

Monthly Specialty Classes

Each month we offer a special yoga class to our community! 

From Chanting through the Chakras, Hot Stone Restorative, Cleansing Sound Baths to Headstand and Handstand Workshops - join our mailing to be in the loop!

Private Group Classes

The perfect way to start girls' night, bridal shower, birthday party or retreat. Gather your friends for a small private group class with your favorite teacher for a fun and bonding experience

Private Classes

A one-on-one private class is perfect for the beginner to advanced yogi. These private sessions allow you to ease into or go deeper into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your unique goals and needs.
